DENVER, COLORADO. Pope Francis has appointed Father Jorge Rodriguez to serve as Auxiliary Bishop to the Archdiocese of Denver
Colorado Catholic Conference Executive Director Jenny Kraska offered the following comments today regarding the appointment of Father Jorge Rodriguez as Auxiliary Bishop to the Archdiocese of Denver
“I look forward to welcoming Auxiliary Bishop-elect Rodriguez to the Colorado Catholic Conference Board of Governors. Auxiliary Bishop-elect Rodriguez has faithfully and generously served the Archdiocese of Denver in several capacities for many years and his outstanding leadership will certainly help serve the mission of the Colorado Catholic Conference.”
Auxiliary Bishop-elect Rodriguez, has served as the pastor of Holy Cross in Thornton since 2014. Before that he was the Vice-Rector at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver.
